Emerald Lake

Emerald Lake is located in the Yoho Valley near Field British Columbia. The noted emerald color is from the area's glacier run-off waters which contain suspended glacier silt. A trail leads around the lake, giving the visitor splendid views of the lake and it's mountain setting.
